very sad, as a long time customer we wanted to add another car to our policy. current premium at Outsurance 489.85 (Excess 1200), quote by A&G an unbelievable 680R at 2750R excess. Looks as if A&G doesn't want my business? Furthermore I do not appreciate your staff hanging up on me whilst talking. BAD MANNERS.
