Unauthorized Debit order
I called to cancel my insurance instead of canceling it they debited me on the 21st instead of the 31st. I called the second time to advise again that I'm canceling my insurance and the consultqnt tried to persuade me to no avail qnd instead of canceling my insurance they went ahead and debited me as per normal when i had clearly stopped my insurance prior to the debit.
