Unauthorised deduction
I have asked you nicely to cancel the insurance because it is useless, but you refused. Maybe I should take legal action. You cannot force me to continue paying for an insurance that I am not happy with. Please reverse the money deducted in July, as I have no leverage to cancel on my end. During the call with your agent, I made it clear that I do not want to continue.
