Unauthorised debit order

Today I noticed a deduction from my a count with the description iss/A&G x x x x Aug init. I do not have a policy with auto and general and I certainly did not agree to a debit order, this is not acceptable in fact I see that this is happening a lot with a lot of other people. Is your staff doing the telephone sales *********** or do they deliberately and **********ly register a no as a yes in order to get the sales commission?
