Unacceptable Service Highly Unrecommended Provider

<p>A week ago I was sent an SMS for car insurance quotation by A&amp;G, as I am already insured by Audi insure (A&amp;G), I they perhaps reviewing policies and may have a better option. So I responded to the SMS - Call to Action was a call from an agent. I then asked the agent to please confirm my current installment .....he said I am not insured and I refused to accept that answer. He then checked the records and came back saying the car was sold ....and I requested that he please check again, he then came back saying that the insurance was cancelled upon my instruction by a lady called Ashina - presumably another agent. I then requested proof of the cancellation, he said someone will get back to me. In that day I received 2 further calls pretty much the same conversation, but once again no proof of the cancellation request. Three days later my husband called and the same conversation - they are investigating in the interim, my car is not insured and I am left at Risk while and A&amp;G is still investigating. A new spin on the response from the last agent is that there was never payment received - the agreement with Audi Insure was that the payment would be included in the car installment .....which is debit every month ......further to that there was a claim that we were going to process in October ........ Bottom line is this is very disappointing and I will not recommend Audi the brand to anyone where it be a Car or Insurance.</p>
