Unacceptable service and clowning around

Spoke to Salesman Juan Losper on 4 August after a cold call by Virseker and/or their agents. The gents was eager to do a comparrison and made certain commitments. Mailed him what we agreed and what he requested on the same day, and have surprisingly never heard of him again. This despite two follow up mails (last week and this week). Thank you for wasting my time. I will in principle never do business with you and the Group you respresent. That I promise.
