Unable to help but taking my premiums

When claiming auto and general decline everything and begun to mentioned how the policy works..im experiencing trauma because of them since i got a water damage. I got an accident but they dont want to cover me and they are in denial..auto and general is worse but concentrating on taking the premiums only..***
