un authorized debit

i humbly requested for the insurance company yo cancel my insurance last month and the gentleman that was assisting told me that they will park my insurance and i told them i want my insurance canceled as i have another insurance with a different company to my surprise money has been deducted from account without my consent ,auto & general do the right thing send me back my money.
