October 2023 my wife bought Suzuki swift then we search for affordable cover for her car. Auto & General was one of the companies that called my wife but she declined their offer. On the 21st December 2023 they debited R5.63 to check whether it will go through as they didn't have debicheck from my bank, on the 27th of the same month 2023 they debited R1576.67. March 20th they obtained debicheck from my bank and I declined their debit order but still managed to debt again the same way the did as from December 2023. I'm battling to get my money back because their system doesn't have options of disputing, cancel and revising the debit order.
