Tyre puncture claim take 48 hours to validate while I was stuck in the middle of nowhere.

I’m lost for words, the worst insurer I’ve been with thus far. Today 10/10/2022 I got a tyre puncture at around 08:00 while driving to work. I called auto and general’s VAP department about 30 minutes later,They couldn’t tow my car to the nearest fitment center because the KMs exceeded the distance covered. I drove about 80 kms to white river at 40km/h only for them to make me wait for validation the whole day, long story short. I had to drive back home with a punctured tyre in fear of my safety, coz I was left in limbo by auto & general , 140 kM from home.The claim was never validated I was told I can even take up to 48 hours. While they couldn’t even provide me with roadside assistance
