Tyre Claim

I submitted a claim which took forvr to get approved and finaly it was approved and submitted necesary documents(Invoices) for payment but till today payment hsnt been done and its over weeks now.i called in today and was on the fone for nearly 2 hours been put frm pillar to post with no one givin me answers as to whn will payment be done.im starting to think this whole policy is a **** somehow bcz consultants kept puting me through and making me hold for long with no answers...im realy starting to think otherwise abt doing my insurances with auto and general
