Goodday I would just like to lauch a complaint agaist Auto and general for the bad service to you give. This is the second time that I made a claim and again it was regarded as wear and tear. I was just wondering why do I pay alot of money each month for insurance that cannot even offer me basic assistance in a claims matter. The fact that this fine print that you talk about ,how many people actually takes the time to read it and I didnt even have the washing machine that long,for you not to even consider it. I am very dissapointed in the service I have recieved from you. Alicia
