Two wrong claims were sent and Sam Fryer managed to assist. Sam is a real champion at Auto and General and she has a heart of customers. I was frustrated and confused but she managed to come to my rescue. Thank you Sam for the wonderful service and you being patient ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💫
