Two hrs roadside assistance in the middle of a cit

My car broke down at a school about 5km from port Elizabeth airport. It took almost two car my car to be towed. The tow guy was getting lost . I clearly gave the name of the school and the name of the road but still the tow driver keeps sending me call back so I can direct him.I called him back twice. That was very unprofessional. he was very rude and firstly didn't want to drop me tow my work Which is adjacent to the airport. Tht was the worse roadside assistance ever? He even have the bass to give me the acute that he starts working at 8 that is why he only arrive 08:45 to the scene. After I called for assistance at 0715.<br> <br>
