I actually received a call from Ms/Mrs Kathoon but the link automatically gave the review above for another person and the WhatsApp/Sms reviews are not working properly. Hence I have to give my review here and I hope it doesn't get over looked, Ms/Mrs Kathoon's service and telephone etiquette was excellent, as well as her experience and knowledge with Auto and General. She spoke at the right speed, clearly and in the right tone, she explained things properly and gave me a lot more information than I expected which is extremely helpful. She deserves more than a 5 star rating.
