Trust in auto and general

My wife was in an accident recently and the vehicle was written off. I could see it was written off without anybody having to confirm it. Immediately all the horror stories I've heard from family and friends about their insurance was running through my head. Am i going to struggle, am i going to have to put up a fight, will I be left paying for something that's is written off.............All I can say is thank you auto and general, not only for providing peace of mind but how quickly you dealt with my claim. This wasn't my first claim from auto and general either. My monthly premiums increased, but that is understandable. at the end of the day its about trust, and I can comfortably say, I trust in auto and general!
