Treatment after 10 years
After being with Auto & General since 2014 my first accident claim was last month during my car repairs no callback whatsoever during the repair process, and they refused to have my car towed to a panel beater closer to me I have to go to Ermelo to go fetch my car no shuttles or busses moving between PTA and Ermelo they just don't care!!!
