Totally disgusted

I dont even know if I want to give them one star. If you have insurace through any Telesure company cancel it now. I told myself a few years ago that I would never go through any Telesure company but against my better judgment I decided to give them a chance. So I had a breakin on the 26th of November. When Porcia Farret (worst ever) contacted me whe already had a bad attitude and she already made up her mind about my claim as she said I dont have slips for my equipment that was ****** but I clearly gave her video evidence and photos. She and the assessor came out and they could clearly see the force entry into my garage. The same equipment I wanted to sell a month ago as I wanted to upgrade but this never materialised as the person that was suppose to sell me the Equipment never delivered the things so I end up leaving everything and didnt sell my CDJ. I have proof that someone still wanted to buy it on the 9th of November and ont he 24th November and I told them no its not for sale anymore and this was sent to Portia as she said they are going in a meeting this morning to decide on the claim but alos told me that her reccomendation is to decline it because of the Ad. She also said the the investigating officer said that I never received my Money back for another ***** case that I dont know what it has to do with this claim. I have no idea why the police officer told her that but again I have sent her the evidence from the bank that the money was paid. I have no idea why she was so negative toward my claim I assume they getting commisions on claims they dont payout and since its December I think she works towards her bonus. I will take this to the highest level as I have already spoken to our company lawyer and I have a very good case since they have no grounds to decline the claim. Again if you ever take out insurance dont ever ever ever take any insurance throught the TELESURE Group. Rather pay more and go through Santam etc. That is the reason why cant be compared to the likes of these. I will also sue them for deframation of character. I am just waiting for the letter from them to say that they decline the claim based of these and then the New year wont be so lekka for them and especially they lost adjuster. It sounds to me like she still belongs in School.
