TOTAL NIGHTMARE

I was involved in an accident on Aug 24 this year. My car insurance assessor came to premmises where i work to inspect my vehicle the following day. He made list of part that needed repairing and replacing. I was later told to take my vehicle to Sunset Body Works to do repairs. My car was collected on Sep 18 after they received all the parts to do the job. Front bumper and headlights was to be replaced. After almost two to three weeks i still did not hve my car. I was told job would not take more than a week. After excuses and excuses i was informed on Sep 29 that someone left plastin on my car and it melted onto bodywork that was placed in oven to dry. After asking to speak to manager or owner Gerrie Fourie introduced himself as owner and promised i would have my car on Oct 2. On Oct 3 he phones me and asked if there was something wrong with aircon on my car. I said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. He promised to have someone fix the aircon. Later that day my car was delivered to me. I was not happy with the bodywork and informed Gerrie. He apologized and promised to personally fetch my vehicle the following Monday and said he will leave his Volvo S60 so i could use it. That same day driving home from work i experienced problems. Within half an hour if being in my car. First thing the following morning i took my car to Williams Hunt and asked a mechanuc to lokk at it. He told me it was nit safe for me to drive the car and that there was problems with the engin i immediately informed assessor Andre van der Bank and within minutes my car was towed back to the panelbeaters. I had no idea why seeing there was engin problems and they are panelbeaters. A week later after hving to phone insurance complaining and trying to get some help from them i was told by Mr van der Bank that Jan the panelbeater stripped engin on my car and that they had quote done. It was R26000 to fix engin and that i had to pay for it. There was nothing wrong with my car when they took it. They know i am woman alone and they took advantage of this. I need to know what is going on. Please help. My car is still at the panelbeater and i dont know why. They say they waiting on parts. I have informed my insurance assessor that i do not want Sunset Body Works working on my vehicle after everything they have put me through. This is a nightmare.
