Top Class customer service - Nomfundo Mkwa**** (Auto & Gen)

I was looking for a better quote, after all insurances and including my current one that failed me, simply because I lost a tire (after installing a factory fitted lock at the dealership). I Called Auto-Gen and spoke to *** who was good at her job and was so energetic and showed that she loves what she does and its not all about a job at the end. She told me I am not going to leave her offer and will stay with her because she knows the customer and her job is to retain customers. I thought its one of the normal consultant stories and wanted to get rid of her. Long story short. She smashed the quote I received twice and had to stay with Auto & Gen because of her influential skills, I am now with Auto & Gen because of her and I wish and implore management of Auto & Gen gives her the recognition she deserves. Well-done Nomfundo Mkhwa**** for the dedication and passion you demonstrated on your job. Keep up the good job Nomfundo Mkhwa**** at Auto & Gen
