Too high monthly premium

ALetta (Xhosa lady) was very helpful. I decided to forfeit my Cash back of 2026, to lower my monthly premium! So I save over R300 a month! Which is of great help to any Pensioner! I appreciate her patience throughout the 30min! She verbally spelt out my daughter in law's email address, double checking the correctness, which was the reason why we hadn't received any emails before. It was sent to an incorrect address before..
