Very Pathetic service. Poor leadership and lack of knowledge from consultant. They dont deduct your premium on the agreed date. And decides on their own that they will charge u twice because they didnt feel like debiting the previous month. What makes it worse is that, i phoned them to ask why my premium was not changed. They said no don't worry coz your premium is only Active in November. To my surprise i was charged twice. Auto & General insurance is not who they say they are. Poor service and lack of knowledge and assistance..very disappointed
