Time wasted and rental car
A&A wasted 2 weeks in assessing my car’s damages. Then when the car got to the panel beaters it was discovered that various damages were not listed. The parts need to be imported. I have a rental car for 30 days. Two weeks were wasted, and the assessors didn’t list all the damages. The result is that I need to return the rental car this week but the repairs will take much longer, and I need a car.
Phoned A&A a couple of times about this, each time they say that their rental department will phone me back. I’m still waiting
