This year i got an email to inform me that my policy is increasing by 25percent from R1550 to R1950 .. I have not claimed ever with them (3 years on this policy) .. I immediately tried to cancel the policy (this took 2 months to get right) they eventually graciously (sarcasm) reduced the increase to 7percent R 1660 .. hope this doesnt happen next year again..
