This is not how you should work with a client.

I have been with Auto and General for years. I phone for a claim they approved the claim, however they only told the Panel beaters to repair one part of the damage. I phoned them 3 time already and each time they promised to phone me back. However no one phoned me back. This has been going on since July this year.
