This insurance is useless

The most useless insurance ever I pay every month but they fail just to help me when I was on emergency I slept on the street waiting for their help only for them to tell me after more than 5 hours that they can't help me they don't care that I'm a woman if I'm on the street alone they only want money when we pay them but they fail just to help with simple things. I want to cancel because they never useful to me
