Third Party Claim

I have been involved in an accident where their Auto&general client bumped me and my car rolled it is now a write-off. I have been pushing them every step of the way to process my documents and their client already is paid, I am left with third party battle where I have to beg for service. my car was sitting at the storage where it was renting the whole time when their client has been served with a new car.

I find it unfair because i have no other means of transport, I rely on my car. Now I had to take the credit card and rent out a car while they delay with feedback. Also had to pay towing to remove my car out of the storage while their process is dragging. Helen and Netshendzo from telesure took a week just to process my documents and pass them to be authorised, I phoned daily to ask and they said they are waiting for approval from a client. When I phone the client he said he never received a call from telesure or auto&general. I had an accident on the 10th December 2020 i am still not compensated but their client already forgotten about this. he is living his life while i am busy renting cars with my credit card to get myself to work. How unfair, someone just comes driving negligently and nearly killed you and cost you misery they are the first one to be helped. While you are on the edge of losing your job because of their stupid mistake which led you to put yourself in more debt because his third party is not paying in time.

I need help on this case to take it further. the whole accident costed me more than R20,000 already because of the third party delay. The storage, renting a car and uber costs.
