third party

my car was bumped on 05/02/2021 and i logged claim as a third party.. and even today the claim is not finalized they don't give us feedback, they put me on hold for 15 minutes, everyday when i call them there is always an excuse about the payment. friday i have send them final amount settlement and they promised that my money will reflect on Monday or Tuesday, still nothing. I called the yesterday and they told me that payment was not send for approval... and now i have to wait 5 days again, that's so bad, now i have to take my own money and fix my car
