I always thought poorly about insurance companies but your company has set a new level of exploiting the poor!!! The contractor quotes my mother R16 000 to replace the geyser and then you offer to pay her R14 000 to replace the geyser AND to fix the water damaged caused by the geyser!!! Your will some day get what's coming to you and I will make sure to start a media campaign telling people how you rob old poor women!!!
