They only want to sell

I called A&G in February to change my debit order banking details. I confirmed with the agent, we finished the change, then he started selling me additional cover for household contents, I wasn't agreeing with him on the sale, somehow our phone got cut off. My debit order still debited from my old account.

Clearly they only care about the sales n not servicing clients requests.
