I would like to turn this complaint into a compliment, a 5 star one that is!!! Firstly the gentleman was right on time he called me exactly at 16:02. Secondly he explained into detail exactly what i am covered for as all of us clients are lazy to read our policy schedules. He was professional and on top of his game and i must commend his telephone etiquette. Go through your recorded lines to get his name and give that man a bells!!! Reply with his name and surname asseblief!
