THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES
AUTO AND GENERAL took my car to Autohouse Akasia, they have fixed the handbrake. I collected it on 20 March 2025, I then noticed that the handbrake sensor is not working. Now Autohouse is telling me that it was not part of the accident, they were just trying to help because they have worked on it and had to make it work and fix it, AUTO AND GENERAL stated"WE'RE THERE TO SEE YOUR SERVICED RIGHT" there is no such thing, they closed the complaint without calling me, my car is still not fixed, They don't keep their promises.
