They are absolutely brilliant in every way. Helpful, efficient, understanding and full of integrity . I was de*****ed by Discovery Insure, who took money out of my bank account *******ly, after a telemarketer called me. (I did not give them any of my details. I imagine they got my details from Discovery Med Aid?) Auto and General helped me sort that out. They allowed me to pay my premiums late, as I had to get the money back from Discovery Insure and close my bank account. In the middle of the ***** debacle, we were flooded with a Winter Storm ( last night ) Auto and General have just walked me through how to claim for that damage. Every single person in every department at Auto and General have been amazing. I wish they could run the country! Thank you Auto and General. You have me for life! 🙏🙏
