Theu look for reasons not to pay claim

Worst insurance company ever, if I had know what I know now about this company I would've never joined from the onset. They look for reasons to not pay claims. I've been a loyal client for over 3 years with them and when I needed them most, they weren't there... Bunch of ******, at claim stage you're made to feel like a piece of trash from the loss adjusters/claim handlers.
