The service was out of my expectations I called informing them that my cellphone was ****** around 15.30 on Wednesday the same day I called Auto and General spoke to call centre agent and she told me she has escalated my claim to consultant by the name of Vhongani Mahundla the following day meaning (Thursday) the consultant named Vhongani Mahundla called 3 times and I was not available on Friday he got hold of me and he asked me to send the relevant documents of which I did send them on Sunday and on Monday before 1pm my claim was approved and he said I must expect my voucher within 2 working days and that is on Wednesday I can recommend Auto and General to other people to insure their goods with them They responded on time I give them 10/10 Thank you Auto and General 👏
