The Service was Good when they did the quote, but the reason a went through with getting a quote was not followed through on from their side.
I got an Sms stating the following: "Enjoy a R500 Woolworths voucher when you get a car insurance quote from Auto and General Insurance. Reply YES=quote. No=opt out. Ins & FSP. Ts&Cs online. (BLDS)" So, the quote was actually very informing. But the fact that I gave up my time at work for the call to get the quote, and not receive the voucher, is not on at all. I was actually considering talking to my husband and looking if we can fit this into our budget, but now not going to. Don't lure people with vouchers that could've been very helpful and then not follow through.

I took time out of my workday to do the quote and I honestly was interested because it was actually affordable. But this, this is unacceptable that you can't keep a potential client happy with a promotion you had.
