The service was efficient..They reply fast and never took unnecessary long to close the claim..it was concluded with in 2days..Side note: the only improvement i would like is that, it would be nice and fair for them to cover the "current value" of the items not the value one bought the item with moon years ago, so that one wouldn't need to "downgrade" when replacing the item.
