The service from value added product was excellent! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 For the car insurance, I got disappointed because they said I called late for a review they have already submitted the debit order to my bank and they can't reverse it unless I do it on my side. The review was dropped down to R1474,67 and the current that will be deducted on Monday 26th is R1793 and that is a lot of money I could have saved R300 if I called on time for a review. My suggestion as a client is that auto and general should have the courtesy of reminding its clients for reviews by contacting them on the phone because emails we read and forget or you don't even open it. In general I am happy with auto and general.
