The service at Auto & General is not effecient at all

This is the 2nd review I am doing on Auto and General. I submitted a claim and experienced a few hassles to get it to the Assessment Stage. I got a whatsapp from them to upload pictures of my damaged vehicle on the 24th of December and have not received a response of the outcome since then
