The sales department was very efficient and honest. They make it clear to you what impact the information you give them will have on your claims as well as on your premium. I found this refreshing because they are not just here to make a sale but to offer proper products. Only down side was that some details were not captured correctly the first time but luckily on the app you can spot these and make the necessary corrections. I don't have claims experience, hopefully never will. But I will update if the service I get is any different.
