The new claim i submitted for a roof leak, I dealt with Fahiem Kleinsmith, he went beyond the call of duty to assist me. He is extremely professional, helpful and had the ability to fully explain what the damages to my roof was, and also provided explanations. I have in the past submitted claims, I have received excellent service
