The most *********** insurance iv ever dealt with

I canceled my insurance yesterday's with this company but they still have the nerve to request for a debit order through my bank, upon receiving the cancelation document they still want to deduct, i have canceled well in advance coz they dont seem to know what they doing,

Im still waiting for the agent to call me and explain exactly why they requesting a debit order but till now no has called, iv neva met such *********** people.
