The lady at Auto and General was very helpful and friendly and efficient in assisting me with the cancellation process of my current policy
The lady at Auto and General was very helpful and friendly and efficient in assisting me with the cancellation process of my current policy. She gave me clear advice and explained clearly what would happen going forward regarding the cancellation process of my current as well as the process regarding the process going forward regarding the new policy with the new Insurance company. Her customer service was excellent
