The insurer who doesn't pay

Insurance is often taken for the purpose of protecting one self from the unforseen outcomes that life can throw at you. It takes us weeks to months to navigate to find one such insurer to protect us from whatever life my literally throw at us...

I can safely put you at ease that Auto and General are one of life's fast *****. It's been three incidents, 1 from a close mates cover where I noticed that, if there was to be an insurer that will navigate ways to NOT pay it would be Auto and General. Another incident they navigated a technicality of a accident as why not to pay. Often leading me to Ombudsman seeking help, fortunately they are regulators to keep *****'s honest.
