The guy who picked up the phone is Andrew, he was rude. First he put the phone on the side and kept quiet. I had to make another call and still it was answered by him. He rudely transferred me without me hearing clearly where he was transferring me to. The lady who eventually assisted is Pabatso and she was so professional in her conduct.
