The consultant who handled my call and organized assistance for me was very professional in her handling of the matter
The consultant who handled my call and organized assistance for me was very professional in her handling of the matter. However I not happy about their extra excess. They didn't even take the fact that I have never claimed into consideration 😒. I might start shopping around for a new insurer.
