The consultant advised me on what I should do, but the next month, not at the time of the call. I forgot about having to call her. She called me later in the month as she advised, and she assisted me exactly as I requested the previous time I called. A huge saving on my premium. Thank you for your fantastic service. I have scored her a 5 rating, which is the highest. (It's a pity I do not remember her name)
