The claim was handled professionally but not satisfactory. The intere process took long, and there is no support system where the care to check how the accident affected you and your family. I am waiting for the entire process for the car to be repaired so thar I can give better review. Thabo Motsie communicated better with me and I am happy on how he handled my claim so far.
