Thanks to the lady from Auto and general

After problems with my policy I contacted auto and general. The lady had much patience with me because as a foreigner I don't understand all the terms in my policy. The only problem with auto and general is always the quality of the telephone lines. Seems as a kind of computermisformed voice coming from space. Often not understandeble. I hope the problems are solved. I will see at the beginning of februari.
