I was involved in an accident on the 08/03/2015, drunk driver hit my car from behind and he claimed I was switching lanes when he rammed into me (utter lies), but that's not why am writing this compliment this is specially to take my hat off to Paula Baloyi at Auto and General claims department, from the day she called to get details about the accident, to the day the claim was finalised, Paula Baloyi has been nothing short of perfection in her duties, customer feedback and going the extra mile to answer all my never ending emails. To Paula Baloyi I say thank you once again I will be getting a car soon an because of you Auto and General will continue to get my business and I hope I never ever have to know or be in touch with anyone from the claims department, even you Paula Baloyi this whole business of claiming is nerve wrecking and I have lost weight because of it but luckily I had you to deal with it, thank you again Paula Baloyi. To Auto and General give that lady an increment and a Bells now.
